Green range (75% to 95%) indicates the optimum selection point with best efficiency; far below this range, fixed losses weigh more on operation; far above it, stack losses and combustion effort tend to increase. Operating near this point provides a better balance among efficiency, steam generation, and process stability.

Por que usamos 95 °C como referência de capacidade nominal? Porque essa condição representa melhor a operação industrial real. A produção de vapor varia conforme a temperatura da água de alimentação, e referências baseadas em água fria, como 20 °C, podem superestimar a capacidade aparente do equipamento e distorcer a leitura de eficiência. Ao adotar 95 °C, a Steammaster utiliza uma base mais realista e consistente para seleção e comparação entre modelos.
